(1) Explain types of listening and suitable example : 
  Introduction : 
     There are nine  types of listening. Which are important. 
1. Appreciative listening: 
    Listening solely for personal enjoyment. 
Ex. Listening to your favourite music player list. 
 
2. Empathetic listening : 
    A relationship driven style where you emotionally contact with the speaker. 
Ex. Listening to a friend when about their difficulties .

3. Comprehensive listening : 
       Step Hyatt and informative listening. 
Ex . Attending a classroom lecture to learn how to code. 

4. Critical listening : 
       Analysing evaluating Dalhousie and quality of message before accepting it. 
Ex. Listening to a teacher or friends then evaluating and decide if you agree with their arguments.

5. Superficial listening : 
    When listener here the words but fails to process the dipper concept. 
Ex. Loading a long while a teacher thought a lecture. 

6. Discriminative listening : 
     Discriminative listening means carefully notice. 
Ex . Do a concentration on speaker voice or tone, that recognise what speaker say. 

7. Therapeutic listening : 
     Repeat listening involves emotional support. 
Ex . When a friend upset so we are trying to them happy. 

8. Informative listening : 
     Specially to vocabulary or memory. 
Ex. Listening to a new podcast to catch up on current events. 

9. Attentive listening ; 
1. Attention skills : 
  Maintaining continuous eye contact and not in to show total engagement.
2. Following skills : 
   Keeping face the speakers logic step by step without letting your mind ahead.
 
Conclusion : listening skill is very important for our life . Listening skills are really useful. 

(2) Discuss qualities of an effective speaker  : 
Introduction : 
   Effective speaker combines technical preparation and emotional intelligence to engage and influence and audience. 
> Qualities of an effective speaker : 
- believing in their message and stage fright naturally.
- expressing ideas in simple way that is easy to understand. 
- getting straight to the point with out using unnecessary words. 
- understanding audience knowledge level and expectation before speaking. 
- understanding their topic thoughtfully to answer question easily. 
- structuring the speech with clear introduction , body and conclusion. 
- using affordable example and keep people engage. 
 
Conclusion : 
    Effective speaking is most important. Speaking skills change  our voice ,tone or encourage knowledge.
